A Cobb County resident, Yosra Khalifa, is a member of GDCR’s Litigation practice. She represents clients in a broad range of legal matters and focuses on employment and business litigation.
Prior to joining GDCR, Ms. Khalifa served as the Staff Attorney for the Judicial Qualifications Commission of Georgia. During her time at the JQC, Ms. Khalifa assisted with the investigation and prosecution of judicial misconduct. She also assisted in providing guidance and education to the Georgia judiciary on the Code of Judicial Conduct.
During law school, she interned in Cobb County Superior Court and served as a Student Prosecutor in the Special Victim’s Unit at the Cobb County District Attorney’s Office. Ms. Khalifa also served as the Chief of Staff to the Georgia Senate Majority Leader at the State Capitol for two years.
