William "Billy" Miles, a member of Gregory Doyle’s Education and Employment Law Practice Groups, has extensive experience representing both private and government employers throughout the country in litigation matters under federal and state statutes, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Equal Pay Act. Mr. Miles has defended employers in all types of employment litigation from single plaintiff cases to class action lawsuits.
Although he specializes in employment litigation, Mr. Miles also has handled a variety of other litigation matters, including real estate disputes, theft of trade secrets, violation of non-compete agreements, and business matters.
