Stephanie B. Biddle, a member of Gregory Doyle’s Education Law team, helps Georgia school boards, school administrators, and instructors respond to the various legal and regulatory challenges facing school districts today.
Ms. Biddle represents education clients in a variety of contexts, including in federal and state court litigation and before administrative agencies. She has successfully represented school districts in special education lawsuits, in formal disputes before the Georgia Department of Education, in complaints filed with the U.S. Department of Education Office of Civil Rights, in Fair Dismissal Act cases, and in cases alleging discrimination and wrongful termination. Ms. Biddle provides advice to clients on a broad range of compliance issues and regularly counsels clients on issues related to IDEA, ADA, ADEA, and FERPA. She also provides guidance on contract issues and contract drafting.
Prior to joining the Education Law team at Gregory Doyle, Ms. Biddle practiced as a litigator at one of Atlanta’s largest law firms. Ms. Biddle graduated with honors from Emory University School of Law in 2008. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland.
