J. Nicholas “Nick” Gaba, Jr., a joint member of Gregory Doyle’s Government & Real Estate practice and Gregory Doyle’s Litigation practice, represents clients across a broad range of legal matters. His practice focuses on eminent domain/condemnation, land use, local government, non-compete, trade secrets and white-collar crime.
Mr. Gaba has experience representing local and state condemning authorities in jury trials across the State, as well as experience representing developers in federal court. Mr. Gaba also has experience representing homeowners and developers in property disputes, and employees in non-competition and trade secret disputes.
Prior to joining Gregory Doyle, Mr. Gaba was a law clerk and summer associate at Gregory Doyle, and spent a semester with the Securities and Exchange Commission at the Atlanta Regional Office.
Mr. Gaba graduated cum laude from Case Western Reserve University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and International Studies, and was a varsity soccer letter-winner. Mr. Gaba returned to Atlanta to attend law school at Georgia State University College of Law, and was a two-year member of the Student Trial Lawyers Association.
