David J. Younker

David J. Younker, a member of Gregory Doyle’s litigation practice, has experience both locally and nationally litigating matters related to high-exposure complex litigation, premises liability, business disputes, intellectual property, professional liability and licensure (including medical, dental, and pharmaceutical matters), transportation, appellate law, fiduciary issues, products liability and fraud.

Additionally, David has worked with clients to develop strategies outside of litigation.  He has regularly delivered education seminars and mentoring to groups to understand liability concerns, the legal process, corporate policy and procedure formation, contract/licensure considerations, public relations, and internal criminal investigations.  David’s clients have included the range of individuals to small businesses to large Fortune 100 companies.  Additionally, as a former prosecutor, David has extensive experience in the courtroom as well as wide-ranging experience in both civil and criminal law.
