Clem Doyle (Princeton University, A.B.; University of Georgia, School of Law, J.D.) serves as Board Attorney for the Cobb County School District (enrollment 106,000), Clayton County Public Schools (enrollment 50,000) and the Marietta City Schools (enrollment 8,000). He has served as a Lead Board Attorney for over 15 years and has attended over 600 complete board meetings.
Mr. Doyle has represented school districts in the Georgia Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, Superior Courts and Georgia Department of Education. Mr. Doyle is head of the firm’s Education Group, which consists of 15 attorneys who provide representation on issues relating to employment, students, special needs, litigation, personal injury, governance, finance, contracts and intellectual property.
He has a Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Rating of AV Preeminent®. In 2010, Mr. Doyle was named by Georgia Trend Magazine as one of Georgia’s Best & Brightest “40 Under 40.”
He played football at Clarke Central High School and was inducted into the Athens Athletic Hall of Fame in 2013.
