Mr. Hungerford has represented individuals, local governments, non-profit entities, developers and financial institutions in real estate matters in courts across Georgia at both the trial and appellate level. He also negotiates development agreements, complex purchase and sale agreements, construction contracts, and commercial and residential leases.

Mr. Hungerford received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where he was Treasurer of the Student Bar Association, Senior Associate Editor for the American Journal of Trial Advocacy, recipient of the Daniel Austin Brewer Professionalism Award and the Vulcan Materials Co. Scholarship Award for excellence in legal writing. Prior to law school, Mr. Hungerford earned his undergraduate degree in economics at Auburn University.
