Allison Faust is a member of Gregory Doyle’s Education Law Practice group and has been practicing law for over 13 years, with the majority of her focus spent in the area of Workers’ Compensation. Allison has extensive experience representing insurers, employers, third-party administrators and self-insured employers all in facets of Workers’ Compensation law, throughout the state of Georgia. From determining and compensability issues to handling complex litigated matters and catastrophic injuries, Allison works closely with clients to advise and develop a strategy which will afford an efficient and timely resolutions.
Allison has taken and defended hundreds of depositions, including expert medical witnesses, employees and employers, and has tried and mediated more than 100 cases before the State Board of Worker’s Compensation. Allison has successfully represented clients from the trial level through appeal.
Allison has experience representing employers throughout the state of Georgia in numerous fields, including: trucking, construction, healthcare, employee leasing, as well as numerous school districts and counties. Allison also handles a variety of other education litigation matters, including defense of school districts in matters pertaining to students with disabilities.
Allison graduated from Mercer University School of Law in 2002, where she was a member of the Mercer Law Review and Intrastate and National Moot Court Teams. She also served as Executive Lt. Governor for the 5th Circuit of the ABA Law Student Division where she received the Silver Key Award for her hard work and service.
